"Checkout was easy overall"
I ordered from bouqs.com and it was straightforward for the most part. Picking the flowers and choosing the delivery date didn’t take long, and my payment went through fine. I did have to go back and double check the shipping fee because it wasn’t totally clear at first. But overall, it was quick, and I’d probably use it again...

"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
I ordered flowers from Bouqs for my mom, and from what I remember of the listing, they looked really close to the photo online. Same general colors and style, and nothing looked like it had been swapped for cheaper fillers. She texted me a picture when they arrived, i was really happy with how they turned out

I tried Bouqs and, i think it was worth it? I wasn’t totally sure if I was overestimating it at first, but the flowers showed up fresh and lasted longer than I expected. The price also seemed fair compared to the local flower shops near me

"Gift note came out just right"
I ordered this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the gift note showed up exactly how I wrote it. No weird typos or missing words, which I always worry about with gift messages. Really appreciated that!

"Good flowers, subscription takes a little figuring out"
I’ve been happy with the flowers from bouqs, but the subscription side could be a bit more straightforward. In my head, I expected there to be one obvious “skip delivery” button, so I kind of went on autopilot and clicked around longer than I thought I would. It does work once you find it, but if you’re not in your account often, it’s not super intuitive. Customer service was helpful enough when I reached out. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the account page made the basics easier to spot.

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday, and they arrived right on the day I chose. I also got a tracking update, which made it way easier not to worry. The flowers were fresh and looked great when they got there. it’s just nice when a company does what it says it’s going to do—especially for something that matters to someone you love.

"Fresh, sturdy stems that opened beautifully"
I ordered from bouqs.com for the first time and was surprised by how fresh everything looked when it arrived. The stems were strong and clean, not floppy at all, which I really appreciated. Over the next few days, the flowers opened up really nicely and ended up looking even better than they did at first. Overall, the quality was better than I expected.

I ordered flowers from bouqs, and one of the stems I originally picked wasn’t available... but they actually told me before sending anything out!! They showed me what they were going to swap in, which I seriously appreciated.
It didn’t feel sneaky, or rushed, or like a weird last-minute surprise!!! The bouquet still looked really close to what I picked... maybe even better?? Super easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered a bouquet from bouqs.com, and I’d say it looked really when it arrived. The colors were bright without feeling too over-the-top, and everything seemed fresh and nicely arranged.
It looked close to the photos, maybe even a little fuller in person. I kept noticing it on the table throughout the day, so overall I was really happy with how it turned out
